These findings suggest the further studies examining the impacts of these characteristics on firms' performance. Instead, only a small number of communities constitute and dominate the majority of the network. The outcomes revealed that the number of members in detected communities is not uniformly distributed. In order to examine the structure of these densely clustering networks, this study also used the computational technique of community detection. This study also included the social network analysis of interlocking directors in sector level, and the result affirmed the small-world property. The computed Watts-Strogatz statistics also identified the small-world feature in the case of the network of boards of listed companies, unveiling the new understanding of highly clustering linkages among listed firms. Also the computed Watts-Strogatz statistics confirmed that the interlocking-director network has the small-world property, which is highly clustering pattern of affiliation. All obtained indicators identify that the network of directors has the stable structure during 2012-2016. The network analysis has been applied to the dataset of interlocking directors of listed companies.
